Discovery call
We spend 45 minutes learning what you are building, why, and who uses it. We ask about your timeline, budget, and any constraints. No pitch, just questions.
Scope and spec
We write a detailed scope document covering every screen, API endpoint, and user flow. This becomes the contract. No surprises mid-project.
Design
We design in Figma before writing a line of code. You approve the design. Only then does development start.
Development sprints
We build in two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each. You can see real progress, not status updates.
QA and launch
We test on real devices, browsers, and screen sizes. We fix every bug before handover. Then we deploy and help you go live.
Post-launch support
Every project includes a 30-day bug fix window after launch. We are also available for ongoing development retainers.
