The Problem
The client was managing 80 vehicles using phone calls and WhatsApp groups. Dispatchers had no visibility into vehicle locations, causing delays and customer complaints.
Our Solution
Real-time GPS dashboard using WebSockets, Flutter driver app with route guidance and digital proof of delivery, customer-facing tracking link, and automated daily reports.
The Outcome
Fleet visibility increased from 0 to 100 percent. Dispatch calls reduced by 60 percent. On-time delivery rate improved from 72 to 91 percent.
